It’s not all or nothing :). Many workng mothers stop pumpimg at about a year, and just nurse when they are with their child. As long as your child eats solids and will drink water or other healthy fluids while you are gone, it should be fine. And as long as you are nursing 3 times a day or so, you will be providing all the milk your baby needs. Whether to offer cow milk will be optional. Enjoy!
